Today I did something out of the ordinary. I took time out to sit and have a drink and read a book whilst Connor was at preschool. Usually when Connor's at preschool it's all about getting the jobs I can't do when he's at home. This morning I had to go to see my solicitor however and afterwards I was left feeling restless so I went to the library and chose a book before retiring to the cafe to read it for half an hour before pick up time. It was so nice and even with that half an hour of me time I felt revived. I guess it's true what they say; A change is as good as a holiday!
