A lesson that you're working on over and over? Well, where do I start? I have so many things that I know I need to improve about myself!! One thing I did learn today is that dieting after work on Tuesday is hard. In my quest to lose a few pounds before the wedding, I've been trying to diet. Most of the time that's fairly easy but I'm always hungry on Tuesdays after work and struggle to keep focus on the diet. Is that just because it's Two for Tuesday at Dominos?? And now that I'm aware that Tuesdays are a problem for me, I can learn from that :)
