So, what if he scrapped...?

So you may remember last week (or was it the week before?), I told you about one of Shimelle's posts entitled 'What if the boy scrapbooked?'. That was during a discussion (can it be a discussion, if I'm typing it and talking to myself in my head??) about what to call Tony on here. As you've pointed out to me though, he outed himself and Tony it is!

But have you ever wondered what might happen if your partner scrapbooked? Well, I was lucky enough to find out last night. Let me take you back a week though. Due to the 384 miles between Tony and I we often talk on MSN of an evening to catch up on the day. Last Wednesday I logged on to video conference, only to be told that he was in the middle of something and needed 10 minutes. One hour and forty minutes later, Tony came back to talk to me!!! He did say that he'd been making something for me and he was very excited about it so I let him off, but I had no idea how much forgiving he actually deserved.

Today the parcel arrived with Tony's creation in it. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. But I didn't expect this;
Isn't it amazing?! I was almost speechless and 'thank you' just doesn't seem to cover it. I think it's incredible for someone who's not scrapbooked before, or even heard of it (or so he says) to produce this. Even to find all the yummy bits that he's included on the LO is wonderful, let alone sticking them all down in such a great way. So this is what happens when my boyfriend scrapbooks. And whilst I love it and all the time, thought and effort that's gone into it, I won't be encouraging this hobby. I don't fancy sharing my stash after all ;)
